Cheyenne Hall, a CSU alumna and former CSU athlete, serves as the Provost Budget Manager at Colorado State University and currently oversees the divisional budgets and financial operations for the Provost, the Vice Provost for Faculty Affairs, and the Vice Provost for Undergraduate Affairs. She also Co-Leads the university-wide Salary Raise Exercise process (SALX) in partnership with the Office of Budgets. 

Hall started her career at CSU in the Office of Budgets in 2015. While still working for the Office of Budgets she added this current role to her portfolio in 2018. She transitioned to the Provost Budget Manager position full time in 2021. In her time at CSU, she has also been the Interim Business Officer for the Vice President for University Operations as well as the Interim Budget Manager for the Office for Inclusive Excellence.

She received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an accounting concentration in 2015 along with a Master’s in Business Administration and an Accounting Ethics and Auditing Certificate in 2020, all from CSU.
