First awarded in 2012, the University Distinguished Professors Scholarship is a merit-based scholarship created by the UDPs to amplify the professional development opportunities of graduate students. It is awarded annually to a Colorado State University graduate student who demonstrates excellence in research and academia.

The current scholarship selection process rotates between the colleges. There is not a campuswide call for nominations. For more information, view the UDP Scholarship Process (PDF).

This scholarship award is funded by the UDPs and accepts donations year-round. If you would like to donate, please visit the UDP Scholarship donation page.
